This Privacy Policy explains how BidRidge ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites (including bidridgehq.com) and our advertising technology services, which include mediation, supply-side platform (SSP), and real-time bidding (RTB) exchange services offered to publishers, app developers, advertisers and demand partners (collectively, the "Services").
BidRidge operates an advertising technology platform. In the course of the Services we act, depending on context, as a service provider to publishers (with respect to data processed on their behalf) and as an independent controller of data relating to our websites and business operations.
Where required by law, we rely on consent for the use of cookies and identifiers for personalized advertising, and on legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention and service improvement.
We use cookies, SDKs and mobile advertising identifiers to operate the Services. Where required, consent is collected through the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF v2.2) and signaled via IAB GPP and us_privacy strings, which we honor end-to-end. You may manage choices through your device settings, industry opt-out tools (such as NAI or DAA), or our cookie banner.
We disclose information: to demand partners and exchanges participating in the auction (limited to the data necessary for real-time bidding under IAB OpenRTB); to service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, payment processing, verification); to publishers with respect to their inventory; and where required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information as that term is traditionally understood, though certain advertising uses of data may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA/CPRA as amended; where they are, we honor applicable opt-out signals.
We operate globally with infrastructure in multiple regions. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Account and billing records are retained for the duration of the business relationship and as required by tax law. Raw bid-log data is retained for a maximum of 90 days, after which it is aggregated or deleted.
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EEA/UK and California), you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection or opt-out regarding personalized advertising. To exercise any right, contact legal@bidridgehq.com. We verify requests before responding and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
The Services are not directed to children under 16 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Publishers using the Services must configure appropriate advertising settings for child-directed inventory.
We maintain technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and independent infrastructure monitoring.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "last updated" date, and where appropriate, notified to registered partners by email.
